About Mikayla

Hi! I'm a recent college graduate from the University of Washington looking for either part-time or full-time babysitting opportunities. I majored in Psychology and minored in Education in College, spending years learning about child development, nuerodiversity, and compassionate care. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages, through babysitting, dance camps, a boys and girls club, and clinical settings. I bring energy and dedication to every family I work with. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and by following their preferred method. I also follow the parents' lead on household rules. I can assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. Becoming a caregiver allows me pursue my passion of creating a supportive, engaging environment for children to thrive!
