About Mikayla

Hi! I'm a reliable, patient, and caring 19-year-old college student with several years of experience working with children. I've been caring for kids since I was 16 through my family, church, and currently at Bellevue Montessori, where I work with children ages 3-5. I have experience supervising up to 10 children at a time and creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment. I truly love working with kids because of their energy, curiosity, and joy. I enjoy planning fun and meaningful activities, whether that's going for walks, doing crafts, or engaging in creative indoor play. I'm attentive, organized, and able to multitask, which allows me to provide quality care. I am hoping with my experience I can help your child feel safe, supported, and happy.
