About Mikayla

Hi! My name is Mikayla, and I'm a 19-year-old college student at UCF with over 4 years of childcare experience. I genuinely enjoy working with kids and naturally connect with them, whether that's through play, helping with homework, or creating fun and structured activities. I'm patient, attentive, and very dependable, and I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I'm also organized, so I'm happy to help with routines, light housekeeping, and keeping things running smoothly for busy families. I have reliable transportation and am available for school pickups, drop offs, and activities as needed. As a college student, I bring both energy and responsibility. I'm mature, respectful, and easy to communicate with, and I always aim to make parents feel at ease knowing their child is in good hands. I'm open to both part time and consistent weekly schedules and flexible when possible to fit your family's needs.
