About Mikayla

Hi! My name is Mikayla, and I am a Ph. D. student at Kansas State University with a background in education, leadership, and youth development. I previously worked as an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor, where I had the opportunity to mentor and work with students of various ages in both classroom and extracurricular settings. I am responsible, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. Whether it's helping with homework, planning fun activities, preparing simple meals, or assisting with daily routines, I strive to provide care that gives parents peace of mind while helping children thrive. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outdoors, drinking coffee, and spending time with family and friends. I would love the opportunity to support your family and get to know your children!
