I'd describe my personality as kind, patient and determined. I like caring for seniors because it is going to help me practice for when I start my clinicals for the CSUCI nursing program in August. I'm looking for a job that shows me how to better myself in ways of being patient and kind. I would love to practice being better for all of my patients soon to come. I started caring for seniors this summer break. I take care of a 95-year-old lady who is immobilized. After working with her it makes me want to work with many more patients. In my spare time, I like to go to local record store and listen to my favorite artists and detach from the world. One thing you should know about me is i'm a very determined person who is trying to put myself through school. One of my strongest skills is being patient and not letting many things affect me as well My skills include bed changing, peri care, and bathing. Of course I can do many other skills but these are my best.

Mikayla was prompt and professional, wore her Nursing school scrubs. She is a good communicator (text or verbal), and seems to understand my mom’s medical situation with her blood pressure fluctuations and was learning how to handle her dementia. She showed me her CNA license - she is the real deal. She got busy with school and had to take a break, but I would hire her back in a minute if she’s available again.
