Hello there! My name is Mikayla . I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and achieved my B. S. in Human Development and Family studies in Vermont and my MSW in New York at Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of settings, including schools and family homes. My experience includes neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals. I am an engaged, grounded, and energetic care provider. When working with children, their social emotional well-being and physical safety is my priority. I am able to provide background checks and recommendations upon request.
