About Mikayla

I'm Mikayla! I've been working with kids and families since 2017, and I'm currently a full-time nanny for two little ones (3 & 5) - I'll be wrapping up with them at the end of May and looking for a new family to support! My background includes everything from teaching ballet to little ones to family assistant work, nannying/babysitting and even professional cleaning, so I love jumping in wherever I'm needed. I'm super organized, creative, and love keeping things fun and calm for both kids and parents. I offer a mix of nanny care (including educational play, gentle discipline, routines, etc.), house help (errands, pet care, calendar organization), and even deep cleaning if that's something your household could use. One thing I've learned through experience is every family likes things done a different way, I am very adaptable and willing to learn to keep the flow going.
