About Mikayla

My name is Mikayla. I am 22 years old and have 10 years of childcare experience. My passion is Montessori education, and I have been working at Small World Montessori School in Racine for the last five school years. I have held the roles of babysitter, nanny, childcare worker, assistant, and lead Montessori guide. I have experience working with children 4 months old through 12 years old, but I primarily work with children in early childhood. I have an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and am one semester away from getting my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I have specialized Montessori training, am CPR certified, have First Aid training, special education experience, and SIDS prevention training. I would love to come work for you!
