Mikayla helped care for our 10-month-old daughter on short notice. She was highly communicative from the start and sent periodic updates throughout the day (much appreciated when a new person is watching your child!). She followed all instructions perfectly and even came prepared with her own book to read and developmentally appropriate ideas for play. I observed their interactions before needing to leave and my daughter was immediately happy with her. Will be reaching out again for sure!
