I am an artist, jeweler, teacher, and child caretaker. In 2024 I earned my BHP certification and have been working 1:1 with a 3rd grader in public school. I'm looking for the right summer gig! I love to dance, play, sing, imagine. In school I studied human development and child behavior, alongside my art studies. I have 10+ years (6 years working with children with an ASD diagnosis) of experience caring for children in their homes, in an art or ski class, at the farm or park, or wherever our adventures take us. I believe in child-led learning and meeting the child where they're at. My services are offered at ~ $30/hr because of my experience in this field, and my dedication to the lives of children. I will tidy, clean, prep food, etc. My car is insured and registered and I am comfortable with drop offs/pickups/driving.

Mikayla has been with our family on and off since 2018 and even saw us through our transition from 1 to 2 kiddos. She is such a vibrant, caring, creative and dedicated childcare professional who has really become part of our family. Any child and family would be lucky to have her in their village.
