About Mikayla

I'd describe my personality as patient, driven, and resourceful. I'm looking for a job that is preferably more "date night" style. I'm okay with only meeting families once, but I love the connection that comes over time. I've been with the same family for three years now; seeing their baby grow and thrive is the most rewarding feeling. With that connection comes with the little things too: souvenirs on vacations (books, usually), birthday and Christmas gifts (or whatever holiday is celebrated). Date night or later sittings work the best for me as I'm a full time social work student + enrolled in a medical coding/billing program. For my day job, I'm an at home caregiver for my grandma. Babysitting will help me save some extra money to put towards moving out. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and overall be creative. I've written my own novel that is in the fourth draft/editing stage. I also love to color and work with acrylic markers.
