About Mikayla

Hi im Mikayla! I'd describe my personality as caring, passionate, and energetic. I'm looking for a job that is part time and allows me to do what I love while taking care of people. I started working with kids when I was old enough to be alone, since I was around 13-14! In my spare time, I like to go running, biking, and designing. I am good with kids and I know when to be silly and when to be serious and help them. I am respectful to the rules of the house and I will make sure the kids follow it, while also having fun and respecting their needs. My skills include helping with homework, teaching kids responsibility, and letting them still have fun!
