Hello! I have over a year of specialized experience working in memory care with seniors facing Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and dementia. In my role as an Activities Director Assistant at an assisted living facility, I led engaging programs focused on movement, crafts, yoga, music therapy, and nutrition education--each designed to support cognitive function and enhance daily quality of life. I bring my clients a compassionate approach to every interaction, and I'm deeply committed to providing thoughtful, respectful care to seniors navigating cognitive challenges.
