Hi my name is Mikayla! I am a dedicated childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My six years of experience have allowed me to cultivate my skills in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children ages 0-12. My calm and friendly demeanor puts children at ease, and I take pride in fostering strong relationships with both children and parents. I consider myself a charismatic, hardworking, and compassionate individual, with a great deal of patience and creativity. I take a personalized approach to childcare, adapting my strategies to each child's unique needs and interests. I am comfortable enforcing household rules with a gentle hand, understanding that I am a guest in someone else's home.
