About Mikayla
Experience: 2 yrs
I am currently in college studying Elementary Education and have been working in daycare settings since I was 13, giving me extensive hands-on experience with children of different ages. I am patient, responsible, and passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for kids. Through my years of experience, I've developed strong skills in childcare, communication, and routine management, and I enjoy helping children learn and grow while feeling comfortable and cared for.
