About Mikayla

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, hardworking and reliable. Working with children reminds me of how amazing and exciting the world can be. They teach me so many things and caring for others is a passion of mine. I'm looking for a job that is respectful of me and my time, as well as detailed in how they want things done especially if it's in a specific way, communication is important! I started working with kids when I was around 11 when my brother was born, I would often baby sit. I started babysitting other people's children and pets when I was around 16! I have over 10 years of working with kiddos with a wide range of ages. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my little siblings and family, or go on hikes around Arizona. My skills include lots of patience, empathy, and I have experience with young infants as well as having experience working with children who have disabilities.
