About Mikala

Hi! My name is Mikala, and I'm a dedicated, compassionate caregiver with a true love for working with children of all ages. I bring both professional and personal experience into my work-I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience supporting children with autism, and I also provide math tutoring to help kids build confidence and succeed academically. Family is a big part of my life, and with 8 nieces and nephews, I'm very comfortable creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. I genuinely enjoy spending time engaging in activities, helping with learning, and making sure children feel supported and cared for. I'm reliable, patient, and attentive, and I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
