About Mikaila

Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children is my passion. My four years of experience caring for children aged newborn to seven have solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I'm a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver. I am also a mom of two children, looking for the right arrangement that allows me to bring my 2-year-old son with me. I love to play but I am also comfortable enforcing household rules. I have some college experience and hold First Aid and CPR Training certifications. I also have experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and am a certified toddler teacher. I can assist with cooking, meal prep, and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates or text messages. Caring for up to three children (including my son) at a time allows me to give each child the attention they deserve. I look forward to bringing my enthusiasm and skills to your family.
