About Mikaila

I am a compassionate and dependable nanny with a strong background in childcare and family support. I gained hands-on experience working at the YMCA and in the pediatric oncology unit at Sacred Heart Hospital for school credit, where I learned patience, empathy, and the importance of creating safe, supportive environments for children. I also grew up babysitting for family members, building trust and responsibility from a young age. In addition, I have personal experience supporting mentally disabled family members, giving me a strong understanding of patient communication, emotional awareness, and individualized care.
