I'd describe my personality as patient, disciplined and lovely. I like working with kids because I like to provide them from my knowledge a good development in different areas with integrity. I'm looking for a job that allows me not only to provide help with my knowledge to the families but also to get more experience. I started working with kids for my internships before graduating as Child Educator. In my spare time, I love painting and everything related to arts and crafts. I like to enjoy outside time, visiting parks and beaches, also doing some kind of exercise. One thing you should know about me is I speak English and Spanish, which I can teach to kids; I'm CPR certified and I'm doing a CDA course to improve my knowledge. My skills include assertive communication, teaching through play and routines tracking. I have my own transportation, non smoker and I comfortable with pets.

Mikaela has been our nanny for over a year now, she started working with us when our son was 5 months old. She has been nothing short of amazing, we all love her (especially our 18-month old🤣). She is extremely flexible with us and can always come to the rescue in short notice. My job schedule is very unpredictable and she has always tried to accommodate us as best as possible. She doesn’t just work with us during the day, we also have asked her to come at night for date-night and she’s always been great. She is extremely caring and thoughtful, very respectful, attentive, and extremely interactive with our son! She has always done every single thing we’ve asked her to do (from keeping our son on a semi-rigid schedule, to eating certain foods). She plays with him the entire time and I notice he always learns something from her❤️. I also love that she speaks Spanish and have noticed my son says so many words in Spanish already, I definitely give her credit for that, we love it! We absolutely recommend Mikaela for anyone who wants a caring nanny working for them! We hope she’ll be available in the future when we have more kids but unfortunately we can’t gate keep her 😆. Thank you Mikaela for everything you’ve done for us so far!
