We had Mikaela help us on short notice after the other caregiver did not show up. Mikaela was punctual, always arriving five minutes before the appointment time. While she had no extensive experience with toddlers, she was able to handle outs, despite his tantrums. He befriended her and liked her so much. She was updating us with pictures frequently. She did an overall awesome job.
