I have been working as a personal assistant since early 2011 for multiple diverse clientele. I act as booking agent for all engagements. I take care of field requests, provide quotes, determine availability, and suggest relevant presentation themes in accordance to business. I handle personal tasks such as groceries, child and pet care, arranging and meeting residential repair technicians, and bill paying, along with family and friends gift purchasing and event planning. I manage the client's calendar and communicate updates and reminders and attend meetings as a stand in whilst providing notes. I review incoming email, faxes and letters and produce documents, along with carrying out background research for upcoming meetings. I make decisions and delegate work to others in client's absence. I book US and international travel, arrange all transportation, accommodations, prepare itinerary, and occasionally travel with client. I also have great computer skills and knowledge.
