About Mikaela

Nurturing children and watching them blossom is truly my passion. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my desire to positively impact young lives, leading me to three fulfilling years as a caregiver. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications, and I've completed coursework in Early Child Development. I am comfortable caring for up to three children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens. I am also a Certified Teacher. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical activities, and educational games. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I always follow parents' preferred communication methods and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. Speaking both English and Portuguese allows me to connect with more families. I hope to bring my patient, creative, and friendly approach to your family.
