I have worked with Miguel in the recent past. Our care team was responsible for 24 /7 care to a non- verbal ALS patient. Our responsibility included administrating of meds and food three times a day through a feeding tube. Using a hoyer lift for transfers and hygiene /personal care. Though out Miguel showed dignity and empathy to our patient. Along with his soft and gentle demeanor he helped our patient respond better and allow us to care for him. Miguel was punctual and never missed a day of work, making our 24/7 care schedule run that much smoother. I would greatly recommend Miguel.
