Migdalia is supremely professional and caring as well! She is very diligent and will never hesitate to ask a brief question if details around a certain part of the job needing attention arise so that she can do that job to perfection (or as close as humanly possible)! She has also done childcare on the fly to fill in for a nanny who was traveling when the family needed coverage for their baby. She is an all-around fantastic member of the family’s team! Having worked alongside her, I can speak with confidence to the ways in which she collaborates with other team members seamlessly as well. Anyone who has Migdalia in their employ is very lucky!
