I have been a nanny for 11 years, working for 4 families, with three being New York based, Houston and one in Orlando. I have started with families from both the newborn stage and toddler stage, and with two of my families was there in their transition from one child to two. My latest family in Houston is for two working professionals, with children aged 3. 5 and 13 months. I have been with them since February 2022, working full time in their household to care for their children. I invest myself completely in the wishes of the parents regarding day to day care for the child, behavior management, activities (in house or not) and educational support.

Migdalia has been amazing with our infant daughter! She has been with our daughter from the age of 3 months to 6 months. She goes above and beyond, and I can tell that she truly cares for our daughter as she'll notice things and proactively try things to help her feel more comfortable. (For example: for a while, my daughter would always cry during diaper changes, Migdalia proactively brought a wipe warmer and a different brand of wipes that we could try. Even though this seems like a small thing, this is just one of many examples that shows how thoughtful and attentive Migdalia has always been to our baby.) As a first-time mom, I really appreciated Migdalia's wealth of experience with caring for little ones. When our daughter got sick with her first cold, she was incredibly caring and helpful in navigating this time, providing suggestions for what we can do to help our daughter feel more comfortable. She is also just wonderful in engaging our daughter in playtime. I never have to worry that our daughter will feel bored or uncared for. I would whole-heartedly recommend Migdalia. Any family would be lucky to have her!
