I'd describe my personality as caring, sensitive, and very playful. I love children and I enjoy providing care for them. I truly enjoy working with young kids and I value being part of their growth.
I am also able to help to light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and similar tasks.

Micka nannied for our son 25-30 hours a week from when he was 8 months old until he was about 21 months old. We no longer need a nanny, but we sure miss her! 
Our son adored Micka from the first time he laid eyes on her at the interview. She was always patient, sweet, loving, and gentle with him AND with my spouse and I. Micka communicates well, particularly by text. She is respectful, hardworking, and dedicated. You can trust that your little ones will be safe and happy in her care!

Honestly , Mickailaure one of the best babysitter we could’ve asked for. She’s very sweet, patient, and caring with my kids. My child got comfortable with her very quickly and always looked forward to spending time with her. She always made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciated how attentive and helpful she was, not just with the kids but with keeping things organized and making our lives easier overall. She is the best nanny ever !!! For a person who has several nanny all the time , she’s the best and I have so much peace of mind when she’s around my kids . I recommend every parent’s to give it a try .

Mickailaure is a great nanny! I’m usually very nervous about having strangers around my daughter, but with her , I had complete peace of mind. She followed my daughter’s routine perfectly. My daughter absolutely loves her ,she even cries when she leaves, which says a lot because she doesn’t usually warm up to anyone outside of her parents! One of the things I appreciate most is that Mickailaure is always on time and dependable. 

I scheduled her to babysit and bought tickets to attend an event. On the day of, I emailed her to confirm again, and she told me she was busy. It turned out she had never planned to babysit, despite agreeing to do so.
