About Mickaela

Hello! My name is Mickaela. I am an experienced childcare professional with a strong background in early childhood education. I owned and operated a licensed home daycare from 2012 to 2017 and have continued working in early childhood education since 2021. I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. My strengths include child development, educational activities, positive guidance, daily routines, and effective communication with parents. I hold an associate degree from Georgia Piedmont Technical College and a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Charis Bible College. I am patient, dependable, organized, and committed to providing exceptional care. I am seeking a full-time, live-out nanny position in Lithonia, Gwinnett County, or surrounding areas, where I can build a trusting, long-term relationship with a family.
