About Mickaela

Caring for children and supporting their growth is something I genuinely love. I have over three years of experience working with children of all ages and bring a calm, patient, and nurturing approach to every family I work with. My background includes Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework and experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving me a strong understanding of child development and behavior. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and enjoy engaging them through outdoor play, creative activities, and learning-based games. I'm also happy to help with meals, light housekeeping, and maintaining routines that work best for your family. I have completed CPR and First Aid training in the past and plan to renew my certification. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported and parents feel at ease.
