Michell is and has been a phenomenal caregiver for our daughter (from 4-18 months) on a daily basis and both she and our son (3-4y) when needed. Michell is reliable, loving to our kids, and is an overall kind and positive person in our home. When Michelle arrives in the morning, our daughter squeals and toddles over to the door to greet her; when she leaves, she wants to stay with her until she goes and then demands to watch her walk to her car from the window.
