About Michell

Hello! My name is Michell, but I go by Shelbie. I have over 10 years of professional childcare experience, including teaching in a childcare center, working as a professional nanny and family assistant for high end families, and au pairing in Europe. I also have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. My experience extends beyond childcare to include family assistant responsibilities such as helping manage busy household routines, organization, errands, and providing additional support to make family life run smoothly. My strengths working with children are being friendly, fun, and energetic while also providing reliable, responsible, and nurturing care. I love creating meaningful connections with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel confident through play, exploration, and everyday experiences.
