My passion stems from a deep-seated desire to support their well-being and independence, building upon positive experiences in previous care roles. I hold a college degree and provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I am also experienced in dementia care and medical management. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate through written daily reports, verbal updates, and follow your preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified, friendly, approachable, and calm.
