Working with Michelle has been a huge weight off our shoulders during a challenging time. Michelle has helped our child develop so much by teaching sign language, reinforcing good behavior, and providing alternatives to undersirable behavior. We can tell that our child is better at communicating now than before we started working with Michelle. Our child has really connected with Michelle and it has been really reassuring to see the bond that they have built with each other. Michelle is very reliable, excellent at communicating, and overall has been really great to work with. She has also gone out of her way to get them out of the house, exploring local museums, libraries, and museums. We have really appreciated her flexibility and kindness, and most of all seeing her genuine care for our child.
