Michelle is the first person we have employed to provide cleaning services and we were initially wary about the process, particularly about letting a stranger that we learned about from care.com into our home.  We could not be more pleased with Michelle's work and work ethic.  We have no concerns about letting Michelle into our home when are not present and are always met with the welcoming sight of a spectacularly clean house when we return.  Michelle has gone above and beyond the services she agreed to provide and seamlessly adapts by organizing and cleaning around unexpected items that we neglected to stow away prior to her arrival.  Michelle does such a thorough job that we virtualy do not have to clean at all in between her every two week visits.  We cannot recommend Michelle highly enough!

Michelle has really done a great job for our family.  She is super dependable, punctual and very professional.  We have a toddler in the house and she is so sweet to him and flexible when it comes to dealing with all of his "stuff" around the house.  She comes in on time and gets the job done right.  And she doesn't waste time - she gets in and out.  I'm really grateful that we found Michelle - and so are my neighbors - they hired her as well!!
