Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. With three years of experience providing home health care, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes some college education. I provide transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, shopping, meal preparation, and physical activity. I also offer support for those with dementia, including medical management and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular texts or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Being friendly and approachable comes naturally to me.
