I started in the field of geriatrics due to my grandmother not being taken care of by Long Term Care facilities. I wanted to help at that time but was too young to go to school for a degree. Now at 22 I have been certified 4 years for CNA my specialities are dementia care, end term care, and long term care. I love caring for people that can no longer care for themselves, I want to be the reason they look forward to another day of living, I want to make the difference in their life. I bring smiles, laughter, and get the tasks completed. Ensuring the person of care gets all of their needs met and notice any slight change in condition. Michelle is a fantastic CNA/Caregiver. She is a very dedicated and caring person. I have worked years with Michelle doing care giving. I have seen first hand her interactions with her clients and her success. Her clients seem to really enjoy and like her company. It takes a special person to be a caregiver and Michelle is definitely one of those special people. Michelle is also a wonderful advocate for her clients.
