Michelle has been with us for a little under a year and she has been wonderful! We absolutely love her. Through her time with us she has been amazing with our now 18 month old. From her patience with melt downs and fussy eating to her passion for helping him grow through reading and play we are so grateful to have her part of our village. She is reliable, flexible and always willing to help with anything we needed. We have decided to start our son in a toddler program so our time with her as our nanny is coming to an end. But our relationship with her will hopefully last a lifetime. We highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to help care for your child. My kids absolutely love “Nanny Shell”.
