Hi! I'm Michelle, an experienced and dependable nanny with over 3 years of childcare experience. I am CPR and First Aid certified and take the safety and development of every child very seriously. I love planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and am comfortable driving and taking children on outings. I'm also very comfortable with pets--I have two doodles, Bentley and Oakley, who are my babies! I love working with children because watching children learn new skills, express themselves, and feel safe in their environment is incredibly rewarding to me. They remind you to enjoy the simple moments. I believe the best childcare happens when there is trust, consistency, and open conversations between both the nanny and the parents.
