Working closely with small groups of learners allowed me to differentiate deeply, build strong relationships, and create meaningful academic and social-emotional growth for each child. This setting reaffirmed how powerful personalized education can be-both for students and for educators who are committed to meeting kids exactly where they are. As I look ahead, I am excited to shift gears professionally and begin developing my own learning pod and tutoring practice. This next step aligns with my passion for small-group instruction, creative lesson design, and building supportive, nurturing learning communities. I am seeking opportunities that allow me to continue working closely with students, support families looking for more customized learning options, and bring my experience from the micro-school setting into a new, more independent role.
