I've been working with kids for about 7 years, and I genuinely love being part of their growth and day to day lives. I've supported families in different ways over the years, and I always aim to be someone parents can rely on and trust. I'd describe myself as calm, patient, and pretty creative. I like creating a safe, positive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves but still have structure and consistency. I'm confident with setting boundaries and following household rules, while keeping things respectful and age appropriate. I also really enjoy keeping kids engaged whether that's getting outside and staying active, doing crafts, or playing games that get them thinking. I try to make things fun while also encouraging learning and independence. I believe good communication with parents is key, so I'm always happy to give updates in whatever way works best for you and make sure we're on the same page.
