We interviewed Michelle and hired her to help care for our mom. She didn't show up when she said she would and didn't give any explanation. This was after she emphasized during her interview how honest and reliable she is. My parents live 2 hours away from me so I can't get to them quickly if their care provider doesn't show up to help. Extremely disappointed.
