About Michelle

I volunteer at SCRAPS and grew up on a farm, animals have a special place in my heart and I love caring for them. I have 2 dogs, an Australian cattle dog and a corgi/mini poodle, and 2 cats, a Russian blue and a Siamese. In the past few years I have also rescued and fostered cats, including helping a young pregnant cat through her pregnancy and bottle feeding her baby until it was weaned, before finally finding them a home together, and that has been one of my most rewarding accomplishments. I also have experience with chicken, turkeys, ducks, pigs, cows, and other common small indoor pets.
