About Michelle

Hi! I'm a dedicated caregiver with four years of experience and am able to care for up to three children, from newborns to 12 years old. I've also worked with children with disabilities and understand the importance of patience, adaptability, and empathy. I've been involved in church ministries for many years and genuinely love working with people, whether kids, teens, or young adults. I have a lot of practical experience helping parents support their children as they grow. I recently returned from a year in Peru as a Christian missionary, where I led a children's ministry weekly, lived & cared for foster children, and helped start an orphanage for abused & abandoned children. I enjoy playing sports, going on walks, painting, or just relaxing with a show! I value open communication with parents, provide verbal updates at pickup, and always follow household rules to ensure consistency and comfort.
