About Michelle

My name is Michelle and I have a BA in Psychology. Because of my love of learning, I went back to school and obtained a Florida Teaching Certificate for K-6. I spent seven years teaching at the primary level. I loved teaching and loved my students but retired and now work primarily as a nanny. I do have a little over a year of experience working with an Alzheimer's patient and wow, the Position had a sad ending, it taught me so much about Alzheimer's and about myself and what I'm actually capable of. I loved her very, very much and would be open to another position as an elderly caregiver I am gentle, warm-hearted, patient, and fun as well as highly organized and punctual! I have an active Florida Driver's License and a clean driving record. I am First Aid and CPR certified for infants, children, and adults. I am also more than willing to help out with any housekeeping jobs as well as meal preparation and I love pets! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
