I have 30 years of experience caring for children ranging in ages from newborn to 15 years old. I have my associates degree in Early Childhood Education, and have worked with multiple families each lasting 2 years or longer with one family lasting 14 years. My CPR and First Aid certifications are up to date. I also have an exceptional driving record. I can assist in every stage of a child's life from toilet training to learning how to read and write. I enjoy reading books, playing games, doing art projects, going to libraries, play grounds and planning play dates for the children in my care. I also try to encourage an "I can do it" attitude in the children in my care. I am a loving, caring, energetic and responsible person who enjoys all aspects of caring for children. In conclusion, I think being a nanny is the next best thing to being a Mom.

Michelle has been our nanny for 5 years I can't recommend her highly enough! She is extremely reliable and professional in every way (always on time, gives plenty of notice for any days off). Most importantly, I know that my kids' safety is her top priority and I have no worries about then when they are with her. She clearly loves our kids so much. One of Michelle's best qualities as a nanny is finding a great balance between being fun but setting age-appropriate boundaries. When working from home, I often hear her and the kids giggling away but she helps them make smooth transitions to the next activity (meals, bed etc) when it's time. She also does lots of fun art activities and knows all the best library programs, parks, and things to do in the area. She has also been a superstar about teaching our kids skills like getting dressed by themselves, using the potty, cleaning up and so on. This short review is not enough to do justice to Michelle's ability to nurture and care for kids. We feel so lucky to have found Michelle and are very sad to let her go this summer when our kids go to Kindergarten and pre-K. We know she will be a real benefit to any other family who is in need of a nanny.
