About Michelle

I like working with kids because I enjoy building meaningful connections with them and being a positive influence in their lives. I find it rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and develop their confidence while supporting them along the way. I'm looking for a job that I can make a positive impact in and feel like I'm part of a supportive community. I started working with kids when I was in high school and feel in love with their creative minds and silly personalities! In my spare time, I like to do anything outdoors. I love to camp, hike, ride bikes and snowboard. I love being active and trying new things. One thing you should know about me is I also have my Wilderness First Aid certification, which has helped me develop skills in safety, preparedness, and responding to unexpected situations. My skills include patience, inclusiveness, and safety awareness.
