Hi! I was born and raised in the Colorado mountains. I grew up riding the trails with our dogs, and rescuing animals abandoned in the country which is where my passion for animal husbandry came from. I've been working with animals all my life. I will admit I tended to the more traditional animals like horses, dogs, cats, and gerbils right up until I started having boys of my own. As they inherited my love of animals they were constantly bringing home any sick or injured or just plain old' interesting animal home to "rescue it"! As such I have a great deal of experience with snakes and lizards and all sorts of creepy crawly things! I'm knowledgeable about the husbandry needs of numerous species, and I can pass any drug or background check. I also have plenty of references who will happily attest to my dedication and quality of care.
