About Michelle

As a mother of three children, ages 12, 16, and 19, I have over 19 years of hands-on childcare experience. Raising my children has taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, consistency, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. My oldest son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at a young age, which gave me extensive experience managing medical needs, monitoring health concerns, and staying calm and attentive in situations that require extra care. This experience strengthened my ability to be dependable, organized, and proactive when caring for children. I am a caring, compassionate, and reliable caregiver who genuinely enjoys spending time with children of all ages. I believe in providing a balance of fun, structure, encouragement, and support while ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and understood. Parents can trust that I will care for their children with the same love, patience, and attention that I have given my own.
