About Michelle

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. As a Registered Behavior Technician since 2023, I've spent my weekdays supporting children and their families, and I'm eager to extend that care to your family on weekends. Since 2020, I've worked with children as a BT. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing board games, educational games, and even some fun apps with kids. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ages 0-12+. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences, providing daily reports and verbal updates. I have 26 years of life experience raising children, including two with disabilities and am certified in CPR and First Aid. Raising my own children, now 22 and 26, has given me invaluable experience, and I look forward to bringing my skills and love for children into your home.
