About Michelle

I'm a kind, generous, and deeply caring individual with a strong passion for seniors. My journey in caregiving began when my grandparents suffered strokes 11 years ago. Being part of their care experience opened my eyes to how meaningful and important it is to provide compassionate support to the elderly. I previously worked for Council on Aging, providing care management for seniors who recently discharged from the hospital, with various ailments ranging from Alzheimers to Congestive Heart Failure. I am able to remain calm under pressure, offer genuine empathy, patience and attentiveness in every situation. I am CPR certified and have training in First Aid. I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. I believe that seniors deserve the highest quality of care, and I'm dedicated to being someone who helps make that possible.
